Sales Representative

MSI seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the construction industry. In this full-time role, you will own the sales cycle-from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering technical product presentations, preparing proposals, and closing deals. You will build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors while promoting MSI's innovative hardware solutions. Working closely with Sales & Business Development, you'll manage your pipeline in a CRM, forecast revenue, and hit ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for MSI solutions in the construction sector
• Identify and qualify new B2
• B prospects through research, outreach, and networking
• Deliver technical product presentations and demos to decision makers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams on customer solutions
• Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports using CRM tools
• Build long-term client relationships focused on customer satisfaction
• Stay current on construction trends, competitors, and MSI product updates
• Represent MSI at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Continuously refine sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
