New Client Acquisition Specialist (Intake) – Remote Salary

• $40,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission
• Average total compensation of approximately $60,000–$70,000

Our client, an established personal injury law firm, is seeking a sales-driven New Client Acquisition Specialist. This position responds to inbound leads, screens prospective clients, follows up on retainers, and converts qualified opportunities into new clients.

Schedule
: 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday, plus two weekend days per month and at least two holidays per year.

• Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries.
• Screen prospective clients and gather case information.
• Build rapport through empathy, active listening, and professional communication.
• Convert qualified leads into new clients.
• Complete retainer, appointment, callback, and daily lead follow-up.
• Make outbound follow-up calls when needed.
• Maintain accurate intake records and protect client confidentiality.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Deliver a professional, five-star client experience.

• Proven sales-closing experience with measurable results.
• At least three years of experience with the same employer.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficient with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple screens and applications simultaneously.
