Sales Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Support:
  Preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer records
• Provide general support in managing sales inquiries, follow-ups
• Market Research:
  Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to identify potential prospects and market opportunities
• Gather data and analyze information to support sales strategies and decision-making
• Lead Generation:
  Assist in lead generation activities by identifying potential customers through online research, social media platforms, and other available resources
• Maintain a database of leads
• Customer Engagement:
  Participate in customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings
• Generate reports and dashboards to visualize sales trends, customer behavior, and other relevant insights
• Sales Presentations:
  Contribute to the development of sales presentations and sales collateral

• Bachelor s/Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
