Compensation:

Average pay range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year

Potential to earn much higher depending on your skills and performance!

Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to engage potential customers

Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and directing them appropriately within the dealership

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Offer a positive and flexible approach to every customer interaction

Maintain an organized and enthusiastic work environment

Qualifications:

Previous car sales experience is a plus but not required

Professional attitude with confidence in customer interactions

Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette

Basic computer skills and ability to follow processes

Self-motivated with excellent time management

Ability to listen actively and provide exceptional customer experiences

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Must be willing to work Saturdays and some Sundays
