Combined Insurance Company of America is looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll work directly with customers in their homes and communities. You'll learn about their needs, explain available insurance options, and guide interested customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through completion.

• Meet with prospective customers in their homes and local communities.
• Start conversations and build professional relationships with customers.
• Ask questions to understand customers' needs and priorities.
• Explain insurance products and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
• Address customer questions and concerns throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers from the initial conversation through the application and closing process.
• Follow up with prospects and customers as needed.
• Manage your daily schedule and field activities independently.
• Work toward individual sales and activity goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

• Strong face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with people in residential settings.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel.

This is a commission-based sales position
. Representatives may earn approximately $55,000–$80,000 annually , depending on individual performance and other factors.
