My client is expanding its specialty sales organization and is looking for an experienced Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive growth across an assigned geography.

This is a high-level clinical selling role focused on engaging Cardiologists, Heart Failure specialists, Nephrologists and other relevant healthcare professionals, understanding complex patient needs and building relationships that ultimately improve appropriate patient access and treatment.

• Own and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Cardiologists, Heart Failure specialists, Nephrologists and other key healthcare professionals.
• Drive appropriate utilization of an innovative therapy within a complex and competitive cardiovascular treatment landscape.
• Develop relationships across physician practices, hospitals, IDNs, HF clinics and other key institutional accounts.
• Identify and overcome barriers to access, working alongside reimbursement, HUB and access resources where appropriate.
• Use territory analytics, customer insights and performance metrics to prioritize accounts and maximize time with high-value customers and key stakeholders.
• Provide meaningful voice-of-customer feedback, competitive insights and market intelligence to the broader organization.
• Partner cross-functionally with regional, medical and commercial colleagues to execute territory strategies and business objectives.

• A proven track record of success in field sales within specialty pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales.
• Experience selling directly to Cardiologists, Heart Failure specialists, Nephrologists and/or other hospital-based specialists.
• Existing relationships with relevant cardiovascular and institutional customers, particularly Cardiologists and/or Heart Failure specialists.
• Experience in Cardiovascular, Heart Failure, Nephrology, cardiometabolic or a related specialty area.
• Experience developing business across hospitals, IDNs, large practices and institutional accounts.
• The ability to gain access to difficult-to-reach customers and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within complex accounts.
• Experience with HUBs, specialty pharmacies, reimbursement, Medicare, coverage determination and/or prior authorization is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and ability to live within the assigned territory.

Base salary: $112,000–$168,000, depending on experience and background.

External market data is used to determine positioning within the range.

Quarterly incentive compensation tied to territory performance.

Sign-on bonuses may be available on a case-by-case basis.

A $10,000 guarantee may also be available in certain circumstances.
