Account Executive II - East Long , NY

The Account Executive II (AE II) is a field-based sales professional within FMI’s Commercial operation, responsible for driving sales of FMI’s diagnostic products, with a focus on oncology. Objectives include meeting/exceeding sales quotas, expanding customer base, and strengthening relationships with oncologists and cancer care providers.

• Develop strategic account plans.
• Navigate customer organizations.
• Leverage data analytics for insights.
• Effectively engage stakeholders including c-suite, pathologists, and oncologists.
• Educate on reimbursement.
• Negotiate deals.
• Tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years in diagnostics or life sciences sales, particularly within hospital and physician lab markets.
• A successful track record of meeting sales targets.
• Residence within 50 miles of the territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.

• 8+ years of experience.
• Oncology/molecular diagnostics expertise.
• CRM proficiency.
• Experience selling oncology tests to medical oncologists, urologists, or pathologists.
