Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, substations, yards, and perimeter areas, checking gates, doors, and restricted zones for unusual conditions;
Monitor cameras, intrusion detection, and access control systems, documenting activity and reporting suspicious or unauthorized access in accordance with post orders;
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and local public services as needed;
Carry and maintain assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, licensing requirements, and site procedures, completing required reports and logs
