Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site policies, and report access concerns and suspicious behavior.;
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence and completing required patrol and incident reports.
