** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and visitor activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

+ Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and communicating clearly with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess a TSA issued TWIC.

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
