, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license.

• Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of grounds, perimeter areas, entry points, parking areas, and waterfront or terminal-adjacent locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and public agency representatives regarding security-related matters.

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
