Baptist Health is looking to add an Armed Security Officer to our Protective Services Department at our Baptist Silverleaf location. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity, working 12‑hour shifts 6 pm‑6:15 am.
Experience Requirements- High School Diploma Required
- Associates Degree Preferred
- Licensed Security Officer – Class D required
- Licensed Security Officer – Class G required
- International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) Advanced Certification Preferred
- International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) Safety Certification Preferred
- International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) Basic Certification Preferred
This Armed Security Officer will be located at Baptist Silverleaf.
Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint‑based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
