Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points, lobby areas, and exterior entrances to deter unauthorized entry;
Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and following post orders and Allied Universal protocols
