As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier retail and mall location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 11:00 PM to 07:30 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security‑related events according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor assigned areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and report observations to the appropriate contact for follow‑up.
• Support retail operations during opening, closing, and peak traffic periods by helping manage access points, directing guests, and addressing security‑related concerns with professionalism.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
