Pay Rate: $19.56 / Hour

• Friday 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, increasing earnings and cross-site experience. You can work part-time hours this week and full-time the next—it’s up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations calmly, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify badges, credentials, and/or visitor access in accordance with site protocols, and report discrepancies or access concerns.
• Support facility operations by observing hazards, equipment issues, and policy violations, then reporting findings through appropriate security channels.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• CPR/First Aid is preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background investigation required by applicable laws
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in accordance with laws
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
