Direct, coordinate, and supervise APO Integration staff and supervisors to ensure mission readiness and program integrity.;
Make decisions on personnel matters including assignments, promotions, performance evaluations, and recognition.;
Mentor junior employees and manage resources, budgets, and contracted work related to security programs.;
Develop and oversee security policies, training, and program procedures to protect national security interests.
