Security Officer

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer to provide patrol and access control services for client sites. In this role, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct foot and vehicle patrols, enforce site policies, respond to alarms and incidents, and write detailed reports. You will operate security technology, verify credentials, and interact professionally with visitors and employees. Success in this position requires strong situational awareness, adherence to safety and use-of-force policies, excellent communication, and consistent, professional presence while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security presence at assigned client sites
• Perform foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security issues
• Control access by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per post orders
• Document incidents and daily activities in clear written reports
• Monitor CCTV and security systems as required
• Enforce client and company safety and security policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members
• Follow all firearm, use-of-force, and safety protocols
• Participate in required training and maintain active certifications
