Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and transportation personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized individuals according to facility procedures.;
Control vehicle and pedestrian access at gates, entrances, and restricted areas, following established protocols for deliveries, rail-related operations, and commercial transportation activity.;
Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations to appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, business areas, and perimeter locations.
