What You’ll Do
- Teach core skills in HVACR, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and basic construction.
- Lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions that connect theory to real-world application.
- Coach learners at all experience levels, fostering a safety-first mindset.
- Keep labs running smoothly and industry-ready.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on trade experience.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
- Comfort with tools, tech, and hybrid learning environments.
- Commitment to OSHA safety standards.
Preferred Certifications/Licenses
- Certifications like EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30, or Journeyman licensing.
- Hybrid teaching experience and curriculum development skills.
