Job Summary

Comfort Temp is seeking a Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. This role focuses exclusively on diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems in commercial environments.

Role and Responsibilities

* Travel to commercial job sites as scheduled for service and repair calls

* Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment

* Perform service work on restrooms, water lines, drains, valves, and commercial-grade fixtures

* Install and replace plumbing components as needed

* Read and interpret work orders, Florida code, and specifications

* Communicate clearly with property managers, site contacts, and internal teams

* Maintain accurate job documentation and service notes

* Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory

* Follow all safety standards, codes, and company procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of professional commercial plumbing service experience

* Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and service practices

* Ability to safely handle plumbing tools and equipment

* Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

* Professional communication and customer service skills

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
