This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent. The responsibilities include overseeing daily roofing projects, managing installation teams, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and inspecting work for quality and compliance. The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will coordinate project schedules, communicate with clients and contractors, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Proficiency in all types of roofing systems, including shingle, tile, shake, metal, and flat roofs, as well as architectural sheet metal.
• Hands-on experience with carpentry, insulation, and waterproofing techniques.
• Comfortable working at height with a focus on safety and compliance practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Previous experience as a roofing forman, project manager, or similar role is a plus.
• Team Player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
