This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mitigation Technician located in Jacksonville, FL. As a Mitigation Technician, you will handle a variety of tasks related to water, fire, mold, and storm damage. This includes assessing damage, performing cleanup and restoration, operating specialized equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the team to ensure properties are restored promptly and thoroughly, contributing to a safe and efficient recovery process for clients.

• Experience or skills in water restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, storm damage repair, and related processes
• Proficiency in operating tools, equipment, and technology relevant to restoration and cleanup
• Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and proper restoration procedures
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying work environments
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in water restoration, mold remediation, or related fields are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
