Do you have HVAC experience? We are looking for skilled Journeymen who have worked in residential, light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting‑edge equipment. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, increased incentive opportunity for executed pull‑through work, top‑of‑the‑line technology, equipment and uniforms and a #1 focus on employee safety.
Required- Mechanical Journeyman status
- 5+ years of residential / light commercial / commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Install and remove HVAC equipment including Chillers, Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, and Pumps
- Skilled in pipe fitting, including welded, screwed, and copper pipe
- Worksite primarily in Lake Butler, FL; occasional travel to other locations may be required
- Background screening and drug testing required due to facility access
- Complete Safety Analysis on mobile device before each task
- Perform physically demanding tasks: climbing, lifting, and carrying materials up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and in customer‑facing environments; professionalism required at all times
- Must be a member in good standing with Plumbers & Pipe fitters Local Union #234, Jacksonville, FL
- Compensation by Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Work schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - This is a Bargaining Unit Position
$37.50 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
