Job Title: Electrical Foreman/Superintendent

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Open to someone relocating to Jacksonville. Relo information will be discussed during the interview process)

Placement Type: Direct hire

Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k

Pay rate: $35- $50 but depends on experience level

Qualified candidates should have significant exposure to the following:

• Lead and manage on-site electrical field crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower needs, and materials
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, safety regulations, and local codes
• Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and resolve field issues
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports and input for look-ahead schedules
• Monitor quality control and perform regular site inspections
• Train and mentor journeymen and apprentices to support workforce development
