• ???? Provide comprehensive whole-house electrical diagnostics & solutions
• ???? Diagnose both electrical systems and customer needs to create tailored solutions
• ???? Present 6 customized, relevant solutions on every call
• ???? Offer affordable financing options to customers
• ???? Ensure all jobs are completed with no loose ends
• ???? Maintain a strong company image and ensure best-in-class customer service
• ???? Keep a 4.9-star rating across Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
• ???? Manage truck stock and inventory to stay prepared for every job
• ???? Contribute to a positive and high-energy work culture

• ✔️ At least 18 months of electrical trade experience (Journeyman preferred)
• ✔️ Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• ✔️ Generator experience is a plus!
• ✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ✔️ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ✔️ A motivated problem solver with a strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
