Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance, including occasional emergency repairs;
Fabricate belts in shop and perform millwright tasks such as installing/removing bearings, pulleys, gearboxes, and motors;
Diagnose equipment problems, assess extent, and determine repairs or part replacements;
Serve as primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues and communicate status daily;
Provide on-site services for new and existing clients, including equipment servicing and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis
