Jacksonville, FL - onsite

Thursday - Sunday, Night shift

This position will support the FC by performing maintenance work on the conveyor system, robotics, and related equipment. Maintenance involves, but is not limited to, the following trades: electrical, mechanical, welding / metal fabrication, and PIT repair. Position also involves equipment installation and repair, generation of reports, inventory of maintenance/facility parts.

• Maintain and/or replace conveyor, V-belts, gear boxes, and motor controls (drive cards)
• Test, maintain, install, repair + calibrate equipment (sorters, conveyor, lifts, box sizers, PIT, etc.)
• Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM)
• Perform Breakdown Analysis + utilize PLC
• Perform daily equipment walkthrough
• Read Schematics
• Conduct electromechanics, robotics, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Assist maintenance team as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining FC/DC machinery + conveyance
• Excellent mechanical + electrical abilities (up to 480V)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Regularly to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist or crouch for entirety of shift.
