North Port Heating and Air Conditioning of Jacksonville, FL is hiring a full‑time HVAC Service Technician to provide excellent customer service for our clients while going into their homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair their air systems and propose new equipment replacements. This position offers a highly‑competitive hourly pay of $25–$40, depending on experience
. In addition, we offer a $3,000 sign‑on bonus that is paid out during the first 6 months!

The main service area is in Jacksonville, but we also cover jobs in St. Augustine (St. Johns), Fernandina Beach (Nassau County), Macclenny (Baker County), Orange Park (Clay County).
HVAC TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS- EPA certified
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
- Must have your own tools
- Have the willingness and ability to work occasional on‑call shifts
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job including holding, carrying objects, and lifting - including heavy objects such as equipment up to 300 pounds
- Experience using hand tools and equipment such as ladders/extension ladders
- Comfortable working in extremely varying environment conditions (temperature, humidity, insects, animals, etc.)
- Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and under houses
