Concrete Finisher

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher who can also assist with general construction tasks as needed. The primary responsibility of this role is to pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces for various construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to support other tasks on-site, including general labor, site cleanup, and assisting trades as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand and power tools.
• Set forms and ensure proper alignment for slabs, sidewalks, driveways, walls, and other structures.
• Apply finishing techniques such as edging, floating, troweling, and stamping.
• Monitor curing processes and apply necessary treatments to prevent defects.
• Patch and repair concrete surfaces as needed.
• Ensure concrete work meets company and industry quality standards.

• Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
• Help with excavation, grading, and back filling as needed.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely.
• Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with tasks as directed.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor construction sites in various weather conditions.
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented work setting.
