Location:
Jacksonville, FL
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul on piston aircraft systems and components.
- Conduct annual and progressive inspections in accordance with FAA regulations.
- Approve aircraft for return to service under Inspection Authorization (IA) privileges.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and determine corrective actions.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical data.
- Remove and replace aircraft components as required.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all maintenance performed.
- Work independently in a fast-paced MRO or shop environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Communication – Communicates clearly with team members and leadership.
- Dependability – Maintains reliability and accountability.
- Initiative – Takes ownership of inspections and repairs.

- Problem Solving – Diagnoses and resolves mechanical issues efficiently.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5+ years of general aviation (piston aircraft) maintenance experience required.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
- Inspection Authorization (IA) required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong knowledge of piston aircraft systems and general aviation maintenance practices.
- Experience performing annual inspections and IA sign-offs.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to perform inspections, repairs, and component replacements independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced MRO or shop environment.
- Must provide own tools.
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in various physical positions throughout the shift.
Compensation $35.00-$40.00
