Electrical Installer
Pay: $24–$34 per hour

Job SummaryThe Electrical Installer is responsible for installing aircraft electrical systems, components, and wiring in a new-build production environment. This position requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics while performing precise installation and testing. You will also serve as a resource to support and guide less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities- Install aircraft electrical components, wiring systems, and flight safety controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and wire schematics
- Perform assembly, modification, and installation of aircraft electrical systems
- Route, clamp, and terminate wiring using proper tools and techniques
- Use electrical testing equipment to check continuity, resistance, voltage, and system performance
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and basic electronics principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with wire routing, termination, and installation techniques
- Proficiency with electrical tools and testing equipment (multimeters, meggers, etc.)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of electrical or aircraft installation experience preferred
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
