Electrical Installer

Pay: $24–$34 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime may be required)

The Electrical Installer is responsible for installing aircraft electrical systems, components, and wiring in a new-build production environment. This position requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics while performing precise installation and testing. You will also serve as a resource to support and guide less experienced team members.

• Install aircraft electrical components, wiring systems, and flight safety controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and wire schematics
• Perform assembly, modification, and installation of aircraft electrical systems
• Route, clamp, and terminate wiring using proper tools and techniques
• Use electrical testing equipment to check continuity, resistance, voltage, and system performance
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices

• Strong understanding of electrical theory and basic electronics principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with wire routing, termination, and installation techniques
• Proficiency with electrical tools and testing equipment (multimeters, meggers, etc.)
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of electrical or aircraft installation experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
