What We're Looking For:
* 7-10+ years' experience in:
* Commercial Cooking Equipment (combi-ovens, fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
* A strong desire to continue company provided education on hot side equipment
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Willingness to work on-call
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check
