SummaryYou will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities- Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
- Roof maintenance and repairs
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
- Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
- Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature. - Physical Effort:
