Responsibilities

* Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs

* Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

* Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks

* Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities

* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

* Provide friendly, professional service to residents

Requirements

* Maintenance certification required

* Strong apartment maintenance experience

* Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
