Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Building Maintenance

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility, including yard maintenance, inventory, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting. This role also requires driving patients with a company van.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Must have a GED or High School Diploma. Prefer 2 years of prior hospital maintenance experience. Must have a clean driving record.
