One moment you're troubleshooting an HVAC issue, the next you're restoring a unit for a new resident move-in, and later you're helping maintain the curb appeal that makes our community stand out. • Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Preparing apartments for new resident move-ins
• Assisting with community grounds and curb appeal
• Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Following company safety standards and maintenance protocols
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members

• Residents trust you because issues get resolved correctly the first time
• Vacant apartments are turned quickly and maintained to a high standard
• The community consistently looks clean, safe, and well-maintained
• You communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the onsite team
• You take initiative and don't wait to be told what needs attention

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience
• HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
