• Install and maintain electronic security systems, performing preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Lead teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision.
• Document daily toolbox talks, ORMs, and safety audits.
• Program and install head‑end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot and isolate systems and hardware at local and global levels.
• Lead on‑site software commissioning and testing.
• Perform take‑off project drawings, document and track RFIs.
• Create and manage project schedules, integrating IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
• Forecast and manage project labor hours; communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
• Guide and mentor technicians.

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record. Position may require use of a company vehicle.
• U.S. citizenship (or eligibility) required for access to classified information.
• 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs.
• At least 3 years focused on electronic security systems.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
• Additional 3 years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.

• Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems: CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone, Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems.
• Experience installing said systems.

• Must be able to relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet and operate ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts.
• Perform tasks involving walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead repeatedly.
• Good (corrected) vision, color vision, and hearing; communicate in English.
• Use a standard ladder within weight limits while carrying tools.
• Recognize potential problems and apply general rules to specific scenarios.
