Responsibilities- Install and maintain electronic security systems, performing preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Lead teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision.
- Document daily toolbox talks, ORMs, and safety audits.
- Program and install head‑end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot and isolate systems and hardware at local and global levels.
- Lead on‑site software commissioning and testing.
- Perform take‑off project drawings, document and track RFIs.
- Create and manage project schedules, integrating IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
- Forecast and manage project labor hours; communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
- Guide and mentor technicians.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record. Position may require use of a company vehicle.
- U.S. citizenship (or eligibility) required for access to classified information.
- 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs.
- At least 3 years focused on electronic security systems.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
- Additional 3 years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.
- Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems: CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone, Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems.
- Experience installing said systems.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance.
- Work at heights up to 60 feet and operate ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts.
- Perform tasks involving walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead repeatedly.
- Good (corrected) vision, color vision, and hearing; communicate in English.
- Use a standard ladder within weight limits while carrying tools.
- Recognize potential problems and apply general rules to specific scenarios.
