Window & Door Installer - Paid Training

As a Window Installer on our Jacksonville team, you will deliver five‑star window installation and exterior remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to the Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, and load company trucks.
• Drive to the customer’s home, greet and establish rapport.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Show extreme attention to detail and care for the customer’s home by properly cleaning up after installation.
• Have year‑round, steady work.

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company‑required systems using two‑factor authentication.
