Scaffold E&D Foreman 2

• Supervise a crew of up to X workers and direct up to three Foreman 1, each of whom may supervise up to three Lead carpenters.
• Erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding in accordance with company procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Serve as the Competent Person on site as required by OSHA and company competency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, time and schedule management, cost control, and customer communication.
• Identify problem areas and implement solutions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years combined experience as Scaffold E&D Carpenter, Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter and Scaffold E&D Foreman 1 (or approved equivalent).
• Trade school preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Project management skills (time and schedule management, cost control, customer communication).
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Bilingual a plus.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 40 pounds or more; works indoors/outdoors when required.

Base Pay Range: $24.05 - $30.06 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
