Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Technician for our Plumbing and Water Treatment Division

* Perform water heater maintenance and flushing services

* Complete reverse osmosis (R.O.) filter changes and maintenance

* Conduct plumbing and water treatment system inspections

* Perform basic water testing and educate customers on results

* Deliver water softener salt and maintain customer equipment

* Complete rebed tank swaps and related maintenance services

* Ensure customer equipment is operating properly and identify potential concerns

* Generate opportunities for our service and sales teams when needed

* Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

* No plumbing experience required - we will train the right candidate

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Comfortable working around water and mechanical equipment

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Positive attitude and coachable mindset

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials

* Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing and water treatment industry
