Investigates and examines the condition of company building workmanship and products at the customer's site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer;
Reports findings back to the Customer Service team;
Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness;
Negotiates and approves third party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence;
Plans and paces own work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals
