We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and help us deliver on the promises we make to our customers.

• Perform service calls and repairs on windows and doors (adjustments, hardware replacement, weather‑stripping, glass replacement, leak repairs, realignment, etc.)
• Diagnose issues on‑site and provide professional solutions
• Complete warranty work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and the office team
• Represent Home Rite with professionalism and respect for every home you enter

• Experience in window and/or door service, repair, or installation (2+ years preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and safely on ladders and at heights
• Basic hand tools and willingness to learn our product lines
• Bonus points for experience with EIFS/stucco systems, impact windows/doors, or Florida building codes
