Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to perform general repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks across construction sites, facilities, and company properties. This role is responsible for handling day to day repairs, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and ensuring work areas remain safe, functional, and well maintained.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with general repairs, basic maintenance systems, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

• Perform general handyman and repair work including minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing
• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks for buildings, offices, and job site facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair doors, locks, fixtures, cabinets, shelving, and other structural components
• Conduct basic electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures when needed
• Perform minor plumbing repairs including leaks, faucet replacements, and drain maintenance
• Inspect facilities and identify repair or maintenance needs
• Assemble, install, and repair office or site equipment as needed
• Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Previous handyman, maintenance, repair, or construction experience preferred
• Experience with basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and work in varying environments
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
