Multi Skill Craftsman Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skill Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple areas of residential construction and remodeling. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. This position requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be highly skilled in several trades and proficient in a wide range of construction tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry, framing, and structural repairs
• Install and repair drywall, including hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing
• Install various flooring types (LVP, laminate, tile, hardwood)
• Construct and repair decks, fences, and exterior structures
• Install and repair siding and exterior trim
• Perform remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior upgrades
• Assemble cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other building components
• Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately
• Maintain clean and safe job sites

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, framing, flooring, decking, siding, fencing, and remodeling
• Mastery or advanced skill level in at least 2 or 3 core trades
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete projects with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors and indoors
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation: $30.00 - $37.50 per hour
