Lenhart Residential Electrician - Jacksonville
Department: Technicians
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Jacksonville
Reporting To: Brian Williams
Compensation: $22.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities- Layout of electrical per plans and local codes
- Insure all electric is installed per plan and code
- Choose an array of tools and materials according to the repair work that needs to be done
- Read and interpret blueprints and cabinet details to insure correct location of electrical
- Follow architectural drawings to determine installation of wiring systems
- Install a variety of electrical system components such as lighting, switches, circuits, panels and outlets
- Identify hazards or defects in electrical systems by performing periodic inspections
- Plan layout of electrical wiring and equipment keeping in mind local building codes and project specifications
- Direct the work of apprentices and helpers to ensure that work orders are handled properly
- Knowledge of electrical plans and local codes
- 4 plus years’ experience in Residential electrical construction
- Clean driving history
- Poses and maintain required tools
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
- On call is required once a month
- High school diploma or equivalent
