Diesel Mechanic - CES

About the Role

As a Diesel Mechanic - Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech II - CES), you will perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on customer owned equipment and tools, ensuring safe and professional service. Your work will support equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for a variety of customer equipment and tools.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
• Upsell and demonstrate a wide array of complex equipment for customers.
• Travel to customer job sites as required, maintaining a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Assist with pick‑up and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Complete other duties assigned as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 1‑2 years of experience repairing/maintaining vehicles and equipment, or a trade school graduate.
• Mention own tools applicable to the position.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
