Perform routine building and grounds maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, and drywall repairs;
Implement preventative maintenance measures to ensure optimal operation of facility systems;
Conduct daily visual and physical inspections of the facility and supporting equipment;
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for maintenance tasks;
