Install and repair metal doors and related hardware in new construction projects, ensuring accuracy, safety, and durability;
Cut, measure, and assemble wood to build temporary doors, walls, and other structures as required by project plans;
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan and execute carpentry tasks in alignment with project specifications;
Perform framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry, including trim work, drywall work, and metal stud installation;
Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 carpenters and technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality workmanship
