Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime;
Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs;
Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions;
Ensure proper use and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials and complete required reporting;
Secure the building by monitoring and resetting security systems, repairing locks, and managing keys
