We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Lift Station Technician. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wastewater lift stations and related utility equipment. • Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of wastewater lift stations
• Help diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, floats, motors, control panels, alarms, and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service work
• Assist with cleaning, testing, and monitoring lift station performance
• Utilize Service Titan to document daily activities, complete assigned objectives, track work performed, enter service details, and maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Work alongside senior technicians and participate in ongoing training

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces when needed
• Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or utility experience is a plus, but not required
• Lift Station Technician certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of lift station, wastewater, pump, or utility maintenance experience preferred
