Certified Lift Station Technician

We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Lift Station Technician. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wastewater lift stations and related utility equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and learning a skilled trade with strong long‑term career potential.
Responsibilities- Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of wastewater lift stations
- Help diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, floats, motors, control panels, alarms, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service work
- Assist with cleaning, testing, and monitoring lift station performance
- Utilize Service Titan to document daily activities, complete assigned objectives, track work performed, enter service details, and maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work alongside senior technicians and participate in ongoing training
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces when needed
- Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or utility experience is a plus, but not required
- Lift Station Technician certification required
- Minimum 1–2 years of lift station, wastewater, pump, or utility maintenance experience preferred
